NOTICE OF TEMPORARY MEETUP LOCATION CHANGE FOR OCT 4 AND OCT 18 RAID DAYS
Due to University of Alabama home football games on October 4 and 18, the Mega Metagross and October 18th Raid Days will be held off campus at Sokol Park South. All other meetups will be hosted on campus as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upcoming Meetups
Wednesday October 8 and 15, 6pm to 7pm for Deoxys Raid Hour
Meetup at the Woods Quad at 6pm for a whole hour of raiding fun! Raids spawning during Raid Hour on October 8 feature Normal And Defense Form Deoxys, while raids spawning on October 15th's Raid Hour feature Attack and Speed Form Deoxys! If you're lucky, you may even encounter a Shiny one!
Sunday October 12th, 2pm to 5pm for Solosis Community Day
Meetup in front of Gorgas Library at 2pm for three hours of fun with our community during Solosis Community Day! Pokemon spawning during Community Day will feature Solosis! If you're lucky, you may even encounter a Shiny one!
Saturday October 18th, 2pm to 4pm for Mega Rayquaza Raid Day
Mega Metagross debuts in Pokemon GO on October 18! Due to a home football game, we will meetup at Sokol Park South at 2pm with our community for Mega Rayquaza Raid Day! During the event, Mega Rayquaza is featured in raids! If you're lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Rayquaza! Meteorites may also drop from raids, which is needed for mega evolving Rayquaza!
Niantic Campfire is where our meetups are managed and digital check-in rewards are distributed. Campfire also has maps showing Gyms, raids, routes, Power Spots, and more!
